2010

Founded in 2010 by Mr. Vu, who has a strong passion for Information Technology. The company was established during a period of rapid growth in Vietnam’s IT, as businesses increasingly embraced global digital transformation trends.

2012

Focused on building a solid foundation in both human resources and technical expertise. VDD developed a highly qualified engineering team, including experts holding internationally recognized certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Juniper..., This laid the groundwork for delivering professional IT services to customers.

2016

This year marked an important step forward in strengthening VDD’s service capabilities and customer support.

The company successfully developed a Ticket Management System for MSP customers, enabling efficient incident tracking and resolution. The system provides detailed reporting, analytics, and fast access to operational data, helping customers manage IT services more effectively.

2018

Continued market expansion by developing IT solutions for retail chain systems, helping businesses optimize investment costs while ensuring system stability, security, and continuous operational performance across all locations.

2021

Continued to strengthen its comprehensive IT service ecosystem by expanding its network infrastructure engineering team. The goal was to provide end-to-end solutions for enterprises, covering network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT systems management.

2025

Successfully researched and developed an IT Asset Management System for MSP customers. The solution enables businesses to quickly access equipment history through QR Code technology, improving asset management efficiency and optimizing technology asset operations.
